These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Outside Zone, a product of xEP Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at outsidezone.io. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Service

Outside Zone provides NFL analytics tools and data for informational and entertainment purposes. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or tools without permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access non-public parts of the platform
  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. xEP Network LLC is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Outside Zone offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Outside Zone provides analytics data for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, betting, or legal advice. Use of our tools is at your own risk.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xEP Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Outside Zone, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, and data on Outside Zone are the property of xEP Network LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@outsidezone.io.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of Outside Zone after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
